The Nike Dunk Low Free 99 White GS, designed for grade-schoolers, features an all-leather upper with asymmetrical color blocking.

The tongue tags, overlays and collar linings of both the left and right shoe are made in a variety of vivid colors, while the base of the pair is made of the same white leather material with a dark brown Swoosh. A "Free.99" design on the sock liner inside the sneaker pays reference to nearby street bodegas. The rubber outsole is painted a dull orange color beneath the foot.
